Wholesale Terms

These terms apply to wholesale supply by Willvy Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 78 698 864 121) trading as Heat Wave Products.

Enquiries and acceptance

An enquiry is not an order. Orders are accepted only when confirmed by us in writing.

Minimum order and cartons

Minimum five full cartons. Different full-carton SKUs may be combined. Each carton contains one size and one colour only.

Pricing, freight and payment

Wholesale pricing is supplied on request. Freight is quoted separately. First orders must be paid before dispatch. Approved repeat customers may be offered 14-day terms.

Dispatch

Weekday dispatch from Bridgetown / South West WA, or collection by arrangement. Five business days' preparation is a normal target, not a guarantee.

Sales channels

Approved stockists may sell in their physical premises and on their own website. Sale through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace or any other third-party marketplace requires our prior written permission.

Custom and private label

Custom colours minimum 500 units; private labels minimum 1,000 units. Approximately two months' material lead time. Setup fees may apply. A 25% deposit is required where custom labels or materials are needed. Custom goods are not returnable for change of mind.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
