Planned warranty
Five-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.
- Claims start by email to [email protected] with a description and photos, before any return.
- Proof of purchase where reasonably available, unless there is a valid reason it isn't.
- Repair is preferred after an authorised return; replacement or another appropriate remedy where repair is impractical.
- Excludes ordinary wear and tear, accidents, fire, mould, animal damage, improper storage, unauthorised modifications and misuse.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Beyond the warranty
In exceptional and well-documented field incidents, Heat Wave Products may choose to assist with repair or replacement as discretionary goodwill. This is assessed case by case and is separate from the warranty and the Australian Consumer Law.
